Regulations for the use of the Program for Fighting Anxiety and Fears and for subscribing to the edition of the “Defeat Panic” Program

    User: a person purchasing the Program or subscribing to the “Beat the Panic” Program

    Program (also known as: a course, an anxiety management course, Combating Anxiety and Fears Program or an anxiety overcoming course): a service consisting in sending an electronic message (e-mail) to the User for a specified period of time to the e-mail address provided by the User in the form of advice related to coping with anxiety, neurosis and stress. The course was developed based on the Administrator’s knowledge and experience based on the techniques and methods of cognitive-behavioral psychology.

    Rules for using the Course:
    The user who purchases the Course or enrolls in the “Beat the Panic” Program accepts the regulations and undertakes to abide by them.
    Any adult or minor may become a user with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
    The Administrator has the unlimited right to make changes to the scope and form of the Course without giving reasons.
    The Administrator is not responsible for the User’s ignorance of the Regulations.

    The course is payable and costs USD/EUR 99 gross, payable by making an online transfer. Registration for booking a place at the “Defeat Panic” Course is payable, depending on the version.
    Payment by bank transfer for the course or booking for the “Beat the Panic” Program is voluntary and the User has no right to demand a refund of the cost of the transfer made in order to start the course, except for the rules on resignation from the course described in point 9 of these regulations.
    By making a payment by bank transfer for the course, the User also voluntarily agrees to start the service and therefore has no right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of making the payment.
    Up to 7 days after the purchase of the Course, the User may withdraw from the Course without giving any reasons by sending an email to the following address: with the account number to which the money is to be returned and the email address to which emails related to the Course were sent. The administrator confirms the acceptance of the application and immediately transfers the full price of the Course to the indicated account number. If the “Defeat the Panic” Program is not launched in a given edition, the User will receive a full refund of the booking cost.
    The entity responsible for handling transfers is PayPal.
    The Administrator is not responsible for not receiving e-mails after purchasing the Course in the event of providing an incorrect e-mail address or if the User has disabled cookies. It is recommended to check the Spam folder to make sure that the e-mails are reaching the User.
    The user is obliged to comply with the provisions of these regulations.
    The regulations are valid from February 20, 2020.
    The materials contained in the Course are informative and advisory in nature and if the situation requires it, it is recommended to consult a physician before using them. The Administrator is not responsible for any undesirable consequences resulting from the use of information contained in the Course or on the Website.
